Ride Leader Nige holds a British Cycling Ride Leadership Award (Level 1) and is also a Leader in Running Fitness. He's also a keen birder and loves great coffee & cake.
E-bike hire
We have 4 City Style E-bikes available to hire for your ride. Pedal assist with 8 mechanical gears & 5 e-modes.
Easily adjustable for most riders from 5ft to 6 ft tall. Flat pedals, chain, guard, powerful disc brakes, sturdy wheels & tyres and built in lights. Great fun to ride
Perfect for newcomers and locals wanting a fresh perspective on the area. Even regular cyclist might let their hair down & just enjoy the ride with that 'cheeky' bit of help.
All the routes are pretty much flat, traffic free and take in the wildlife, history and the most importantly, the best cafes.

Where We Ride
Based in South Lancaster, we explore Morecambe Bay and nearby traffic-free cycle paths on e-bikes. Taking in the wonderful scenery, abundant wildlife & diverse history.
From Glasson Dock we have routes to Sunderland Point, Heysham Village, Lancaster Castle, Morecambe Seafront & the quirkily named, Crook o'Lune.
